Company Profile is a document that contains basic information of a company, (such as company name, company number, incorporation date, company type, company status, registered address, business address and nature of business), share capital, directors/officers, shareholders, charges and financial information.

Failure to respond to Ezbiz Online query

Failure to respond to query within 90 days from query date will result in the application being auto-rejected on Ezbiz Online portal. Therefore, applicant will need to submit a new application.

Applicant can apply for refund for the auto-rejected application. Refer Guideline for Refund Application.

Note: If application fee has been submitted under Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965, applicant should refer and make an application to Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia .

An estimated/forecasted income and expenditure for a period of 3 years years for the holding company and subsidiary company commencing from the registration/acquisition of the subsidiary has to be prepared according to format in Example 4.

The application should be submitted to SSM counter for Minister's or Registrar's approval.

The statutory declaration by the director/trustee confirming adherence to the relevant requirements shall be prepared according to Example 5A or Example 5B.

1. Except a land which received from a third party by way of donation, all CLBG needs to have two (2) years audited financial statements.

Incorporation of a Private Company

To incorporate local company, the applicant has two options:

1. Direct Incorporation - the applicant needs to complete the application for company's name and incorporation through MyCoID. Fee : RM1,000.00; or
2. Incorporation via Name Reservation - the applicant needs to complete the information for application for company's name through MyCoID. Fee : RM50.00 for each name applied.

If the proposed company's name is approved by SSM:

1. Direct Incorporation - the application to incorporate the company would be directly forward via system to the officer for further verification; or
2. Incorporation via Name Reservation - the approved company's name is reserved for 30 days from the date of approval.  The applicant then could further apply for incorporation with a fee of RM1,000.00.
