Application for extension of time for circulation and lodgement of Financial Statements for a Company Limited By Guarantee


1. MBRS Portal - Applicant should login to SSM4U and click 'MBRS Portal'. Select the related application as follows :

  1. EA5A - Application for Extension of Time for Circulation of Financial Statements and Reports
  2. EA5B - Application for Extension of Time to Lodge Financial Statements and Reports
  3. EA6 - Application for Extension of Time for Holding Annual General Meeting

Or


2. Submission over the counter - Applicant should complete Section 259(2) Notice of Extension of Time to Lodge Financial Statements and Reports or Section 340(4) Extension of Time for Holding of Annual General Meeting and submit the application to SSM counter.

Lodgement of Annual Return


Applicant should register as SSM4U user dan and make an application at MBRS. Select 'AR2 - Annual Return for Companies Not Having Share Capital' under 'Type of Submission' dropdown.

Addressing technical issues MyLLP - Change of Particulars (Payment Error)


The payment approval process takes 3 to 5 days from the date of application submitted. Once the payment has been successful, the application status will be changed from 'Draft' to 'Approved/Query'.


If the payment approval process exceeds 5 days :

  1. Fill in Webform; or
  2. Email to enquiry@ssm.com.my.

Information/document required:

  1. Screenshot;
  2. Limited Liability Partnership Name;
  3. Limited Liability Partnership Number; and
  4. Payment Receipt.
