Steps to reply query application for registration of new business application under Skim Pendaftaran Perniagaan Percuma (SPPP)

1. Login to EzBiz

2. Click 'My Business Services' menu

3. Click 'Registration Status/History' under 'Business Registration' submenu

4. Click 'Query' tab

5. Click 'Action' icon for the related application

6. Reply the query as instructed in 'Query Reason'

7. Tick (✓) in the declaration check box

8. Click 'Re-submit Application'
