Application for name reservation for a Private Company

Applicant should make an application at MyCoID click 'Application for Reservation of Name - Optional' menu to apply for reservation of name.

Note:

1. Application for name reservation is optional. An applicant can directly incorporate a company without reserving a name through 'Direct Incorporation'.
2. The application for reservation of name containing gazette word(s) which requires Minister’s approval shall not be made through ‘Direct Incorporation’.
