Procedure for updating changes of director, manager and secretary's information for a Public Company
Section 58 Companies Act 2016 requires companies to notify SSM of any changes of director, manager and secretary's information.
An update of Section 58 Notification of Change in the Register of Director, Manager and Secretary (CPO) is done through MyCoID.
