Steps to reply query application for registration of new business application under Skim 1 Orang Kurang Upaya 1 Perniagaan (S1O1P)

1. Login to EzBiz

2. Click 'My Business Services' menu

3. Click 'Registration Status/History' under 'Business Registration' submenu

4. Click 'Query' tab

5. Click 'Action' icon for the related application

6. Reply the query as instructed in 'Query Reason'

7. Tick (✓) in the declaration check box

8. Click 'Re-submit Application'
