Companies or applicants may advertise any information under section 612A of the Companies Act 2016 and its related subsidiary legislation by using the respective Electronic Template Form (ETF).
Applications can be made on the XCESS Portal. Applicants must first register as a verified user on SSM4U.
The content of the advertisement will then be displayed on the SSM official portal after 24 hours from the application for advertisement.
The company or applicant can download a copy of advertisement for within 7 days via XCESS Portal.

In order to meet the requirements under Section 90A of the Evidence Act regarding certification in company/business/LLP printout information downloaded on the XCESS KJAKP Portal, the applicant must submit an application at the nearest SSM counter (except at UTC Pudu and KPDN Putrajaya) as follows:
Note: Form C and official letter of application must be signed by the same applicant.
The validity period of XCESS KJAKP Portal user account is for one year starting from approval of XCESS-KJAKP Portal registration. If the user account has expired, the user can apply for account renewal by emailing an official application for renewal letter signed by the Head of Department to ubmhq@ssm.com.my.
