KJAKP user registration


1. Visit SSM4U and click 'Register a New Account' to register as a new SSM4U user;


2. Email the official application letter signed by the Head of Department to ubmhq@ssm.com.my; and


3. Once the application has been approved, the user will receive a notification via email to register on the KJAKP XCESS Portal.


Note:

1. The information to be included in the official application letter should include:

  1. Applicant name & NRIC number;
  2. Position;
  3. Department/Division/Section/Unit;
  4. Applicant's email; and
  5. Telephone number of the applicant.

2. Head of Department is an officer who manages the department and operations such as Director General, Head of Division, Head of Operations or Head of State.


3. Applications will take up to 3 working days for approval from the date of receipt of the official application letter.
