Advertisement of information on the official website of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)

 

Companies or applicants may advertise any information under section 612A of the Companies Act 2016 and its related subsidiary legislation by using the respective Electronic Template Form (ETF).

 

Applications can be made on the XCESS Portal. Applicants must first register as a verified user on SSM4U.

 

The content of the advertisement will then be displayed on the SSM official portal after 24 hours from the application for advertisement.

 

The company or applicant can download a copy of advertisement for within 7 days via XCESS Portal.

 

Fee:

  1. Advertising: RM500.00
  2. Purchase of advertisement copy: RM20.00

Certifying company/business /LLP printout information


In order to meet the requirements under Section 90A of the Evidence Act regarding certification in company/business/LLP printout information downloaded on the XCESS KJAKP Portal, the applicant must submit an application at the nearest SSM counter (except at UTC Pudu and KPDN Putrajaya) as follows:


  1. Official letter of application;

  2. Printout information or documents for company/business/LLP obtained from KJAKP XCESS Portal;

  3. Form C, and

  4. A4 paper for printing.

Note: Form C and official letter of application must be signed by the same applicant.

Validity period of XCESS KJAKP Portal user account


The validity period of XCESS KJAKP Portal user account is for one year starting from approval of XCESS-KJAKP Portal registration. If the user account has expired, the user can apply for account renewal by emailing an official application for renewal letter signed by the Head of Department to ubmhq@ssm.com.my.

 

Note:

  1. If there is a change of user, the Head of Department must inform SSM of the change through an official letter.
  2. If the user no longer serves in the Ministry, Department and Agency of the Federal Government, the user is responsible for informing SSM of the matter officially.

KJAKP user registration


1. Visit SSM4U and click 'Register a New Account' to register as a new SSM4U user;


2. Email the official application letter signed by the Head of Department to ubmhq@ssm.com.my; and


3. Once the application has been approved, the user will receive a notification via email to register on the KJAKP XCESS Portal.


Note:

1. The information to be included in the official application letter should include:

  1. Applicant name & NRIC number;
  2. Position;
  3. Department/Division/Section/Unit;
  4. Applicant's email; and
  5. Telephone number of the applicant.

2. Head of Department is an officer who manages the department and operations such as Director General, Head of Division, Head of Operations or Head of State.


3. Applications will take up to 3 working days for approval from the date of receipt of the official application letter.

It is an online service provider for supplying corporate information to Government Departments or Agencies.
