Application for name reservation for the purpose of incorporation of a subsidiary for a Private Company

The applicant should login to MyCoID and click 'Application for Reservation of Name - Optional' to submit the application. Applicant should attach a consent letter from the holding company for the purpose of incorporating a subsidiary company.
