Individual that can make an application for name reservation for a Private Company

Anybody either a professional user or an individual user which had registered with MyCoID account can apply for a company’s name search application via MyCoID.

1. Individual User:
1. If the user type is individual, the applicant is required to become a promoter during application and reservation for availability of names and incorporation.
2. Individual users are not allowed to withdraw. Additional promoter can be made.


2. Professional User:
1. This user can submit the application on behalf of the client.
2. If only one promoter stated during reservation of name and that promoter want to withdraw himself, the professional must submit a new application and reservation for availability of names together with new fees, and state the reason for re-application.
3. If only one promoter wishes to withdraw and other/s remain unchanged, there is no need to submit a new application. The applicant can proceed with the incorporation of a company.
