Lodgement of Annual Return

Applicant should register as SSM4U user dan and make an application at MBRS. Select 'AR1 - Annual Return for Companies Having Share Capital' under 'Type of Submission' dropdown.

Note : A company shall lodge with the Registrar an annual return for each calendar year not later than thirty days from the anniversary of its incorporation date.
