Lodgement of Annual Return

Applicant should register as SSM4U user dan and make an application at MBRS. Select 'AR3 - Annual Return for Foreign Companies' under 'Type of Submission' dropdown.

Note : A foreign company shall lodge with the Registrar, once in every calendar year, an annual return in the form and manner as the Registrar may determine.
