Procedure for updating changes in the register of members (ROM) for a Public Company

Section 51 Companies Act 2016 requires companies to notify the Registrar of any changes of shareholders' information in the register of members.

An update of Section 51 Notification of Change in the Register of Members (ROM) shall be lodged at MyCoID.
