Procedure for alteration or amendment of constitution for a Public Company

Applicant should lodge the following documents within 30 days from the date of special resolution at SSM counter:

1. Form - Section 36 Notification of Alteration or Amendment to Constitution; and
2. A copy of the altered or amended constitution;
3. A copy of the special resolution (optional).

Note : For abolishment of Memorandum of Association (M&A)/Article of Association (A&A), the supporting documents are not required. The company will need to lodge Section 36 and fill out the date of special resolution in the form.
