Registration of new business

Applicant should login to EzBiz, click 'My Business Services' menu and select 'New Business Registration' under 'Business Registration' to register a new business.

Note :

1. Applicant should register as an EzBiz user before submitting the application.


2. Business registration under the Registration of Businesses Act (ROB) 1956 only applies in Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territories (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya & Labuan). Hence, the use of business addresses in Sabah and Sarawak is beyond the jurisdiction of SSM and must be referred to the local authorities (PBT).
