Application for reservation of a company name

1. Login to MyCoID

2. Click 'Application for Reservation of Name - Optional' menu

3. Fill out the proposed company name

The name reservation application can be made for the purpose of incorporation of:

1. A company limited by shares;
2. A company limited by guarantee; or
3. An unlimited company.

Fee : RM 50.00

Note: Application for name reservation is optional. An applicant can directly incorporate a company without reserving a name through 'Direct Incorporation' process.
