Purchase of attestation of LLP good standing (ALLPGS)

ALLPGS is a document issued by the SSM to confirm the existence of the Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) and that it has met the statutory requirements by the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012.

Applicant should register as SSM4U user and purchase the document at XCESS Portal. Click on the 'Entity Search' icon to continue.

Eligibility criteria:

1. The LLP has been registered for at least 18 months from the date of the ALLPGS;
2. The LLP has lodged its latest annual declaration;
3. The LLP is in existence and not in the process of being wound up or struck off or dissolved;
4. The LLP has a registered address;
5. The LLP or its partners do not have any outstanding compound; and
6. The LLP or its partners do not have any pending prosecution case.

Fee : RM50.00.
