Application for Company Secretary License(LS)

1. The following documents are required to be lodged to SSM:

1. Application form for company secretary's license under Companies Commission Of Malaysia (Amendment) Act 2015;
2. Photocopy of NRIC / identity card;
3. Latest passport size photo;
4. Photocopy of certificate relating to academic qualification;
5. Documents relating to working experience in secretarial practice;
6. Referral letter from employer or a person with whom the applicant has had regular contact for the past five years.
