1. 18 years old and above;
2. A citizen or permanent resident in Malaysia who shall ordinarily reside in Malaysia by having a principal place of residence in Malaysia;
3. Not an undischarged bankrupt;
4. Not convicted whether in or outside Malaysia of any offence referred to in section 198 of the Companies Act 2016;
5. Not convicted whether in or outside Malaysia of any offence involving fraud or dishonesty punishable on conviction with imprisonment for three months or more; and
6. No pending legal action against him under any provision of the Companies Act 2016 or the law specified in the First Schedule of the Companies Act 2016.
