The Skim Pendaftaran Perniagaan Percuma (SPPP) is a rebranding of Skim 1 Pelajar 1 Perniagaan (S1P1P) which was launched on 1 January 2017 for students of Higher Education Institutions to register their businesses under the Business Registration Act 1956 without fee.
The scheme has been extended and open to B40 entrepreneurs group and students of Public/Private Higher Education Institutions (IPTA/S) who wish to register their business with SSM under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956. There will be exemption from registration and business information fees until the grant allocation is fully utilised.
