Alteration of Foreign Company Status

1. Log in to SSM4U and select CRS.

• Click Application > Register of Company (ROC) > Incorporation > Post-Incorporation > Alteration to Foreign Company Particulars > Apply.

2. Proceed with the following steps:

(a) Company Details

• Review the Application Information automatically populated by the system.
• Enter the Date Change of Status (as in Origin Country) under the Particulars of Change or Alteration Relating to Foreign Company (Section 567(1)(fa)) and upload required documents.

3. Tick the Declaration checkbox to confirm the information provided.

4. Click Preview Submission to review the application and download a PDF copy for your records.

5. Click Submit. An email notification will be sent upon successful submission.
