1. Log in to SSM4U and select CRS.
Click on Application > Register of Company (ROC) > Name Search > Name Search > My Name Reservation Application > Choose relevant Name Reservation > Incorporate.
2. Proceed with the following steps:
(a) Company Details
Enter the business code and nature of business. A maximum of three (3) business codes may be selected.
Enter the company's registered address.
Enter the company’s business address, if available.
(b) Directors
Enter the director's particulars and residential address and tick the Statement of Compliance by Promoter/Director checkbox.
(c) Members
Enter the member's particulars, residential address, and shareholding details (cash or otherwise than cash).
(d) Secretary
Either propose a secretary during Pre-Incorporation or appoint the first secretary during Post-Incorporation.
(e) Information to Other Agencies
Enter the required employee information and tick the Statement from EPF checkbox.
3. Tick the Declaration checkbox to confirm the information provided.
4. Click Preview Submission to review the application and download a PDF copy for your records.
5. Click Submit & Make payment. An email notification will be sent upon successful submission.

1. Nominee directors must provide nominator details and all directors must confirm their eligibility and consent to act under the Companies Act 2016.
2. Ensure the shareholding information is complete and accurate including where a foreign residential address applies.
