Change of Name Application for Foreign Company 

1. Log in to SSM4U and select CRS.

• Click on Application > Register of Company (ROC) > Name Search > Name Search > My Name Reservation Application > Choose the relevant company> Apply.

2. Proceed with the following steps:

(a) Company Details

• Review the Application Information automatically populated by the system.
• Enter the Date Change of Status (as in Origin Country) under the Particulars of Change or Alteration Relating to Foreign Company (Section 567(1)(fa)) and upload required documents.
• Download certified certificate that automatically generated by system.

3. Tick the Declaration checkbox to confirm the information provided.

4. Click Preview Submission to review the application and download a PDF copy for your records.

5. Click Submit & Make Payment . An email notification will be sent upon successful submission.

Note:

A late lodgement fee of RM150.00 will be imposed for alterations lodged after 14 days within 3 months.
