Entitlement to Commence Business by a Public Company

1. Log in to SSM4U and select CRS.

• Click on Application > Register of Company (ROC) > Incorporation > Post-Incorporation > Entitlement To Commence Business By A Public Company > Apply.

2. Proceed with the following steps:

(a) Commencement of Business

• Review the auto-populated information.

• Enter required declaration and Commissioner of Oath details.

(b) Statement in Lieu of Prospectus

• Review the auto-populated information.

• Enter the Statement date.

3. Tick the Declaration checkbox to confirm the information provided.

4. Click Preview Submission to review the application and download a PDF copy for your records.

5. Click Submit & Make payment. An email notification will be sent upon successful submission.

Note:

1. The statutory declaration must be made by the secretary or director of the company.

2. The Particulars of Commissioner of Oath must include the name, declaration state, city and date.
