Change of Name Application for Local Company

1. Log in to SSM4U and select CRS.

• Click on Application > Register of Company (ROC) > Name Search > Name Search > Choose the relevant company > Apply.

2. Proceed with the following steps:

(a) Company Details

• Review the Application Information automatically populated by the system.
• Enter Special Resolution Date under Notice of Change of Name.

3. Tick the Declaration checkbox to confirm the information provided.

4. Click Preview Submission to review the application and download a PDF copy for your records.

5. Click Submit & Make payment. An email notification will be sent upon successful submission.
