Methods of Application for Company Incorporation

Applicants must select only one (1) of the following three (3) methods to submit an application for company incorporation:

1. Incorporation Through Company Name Reservation

• Applicable to:
  • Company Limited by Shares (company name ending with Sendirian Berhad and Berhad).
    • Fee: RM1000.00
  • Company Limited by Guarantee (company name ending with Berhad). 
    • Fee: RM3000.00
  • Unlimited Company (company name ending with Sendirian). 
    • Fee: RM1000.00

2. Direct Incorporation

• Applicable to:
  • Company Limited by Shares (company name ending with Sendirian Berhad and Berhad). 
    • Fee: RM1000.00

3. Guaranteed Incorporation

• Applicable to:
  • Company Limited by Shares (company name ending with Sendirian Berhad and Berhad). 
    • Fee: RM1000.00
• • Unlimited Company (company name ending with Sendirian).
    • Fee: RM1000.00

Applications for company incorporation shall be submitted through CRS by logging in to SSM4U.
