Purchase of Certificate of Registration of an LLP

Under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012 (Act 743), a notice of registration to certify the LLP will be issued to the customer after the registration or after conversion from a conventional partnership or company. However, a certificate of registration of an LLP can be purchased if needed.

Applicant should register as SAFEDATA SSM user to purchase the document.

Fee:

1. Certificate of Registration of an LLP (without CTC): RM 20.00
2. Certificate of Registration of an LLP (CTC): RM30.00
