Purchase of Company Secretary Information Data (CSID)

CSID is a service that provides detailed information on company secretary data.

This document provides the following information:

1. Company Secretary Information including Name, Race, Secretarial Qualification, SSM Practising Certificate (PC) No., Status of SSM PC, Email and Phone Number
2. Company Secretary Office Information, including Entity No, Entity Type, Entity Name, Office Address, District and State.

There are two (2) methods of searching as follows:

1. Search by Criteria; or
2. Search by Practising Certificate (PC) Number.

Applicant should register as SSM Search user to purchase the document.

Fee :

1. Data searching: RM 20.00
2. Company Secretary Information Data : RM 5.00 for each company secretary information

1. The Company Secretary Information Data is available to be downloaded for 7 days from the purchase date.
2. The fee does not include service charge and SST.
