SSM4U Account Activation

Options for activating a user account:

1. Counter (Using MyKad Reader)
2. Online

Online:

1. Login SSM4U
2. Click 'Verify Now'
3. Upload documents such as MyKad, selfie image, supporting documents (electric bill, driving license) and others at 'User Activation Detail'
4. Click 'Submit' to submit application for activation user account

1. Online user account activation application will be processed within 3 working days
2. The user account status will change to 'Verified' after the application is approved
