Downloading MBRS Preparation Tool

1. Visit SSM
2. Go to 'Quick Links'
3. Click 'MBRS' icon
4. Click 'MBRS Preparation Tool (mTool 2.1)'
5. Choose the software either 32-bit or 64-bit version depending on compatibility of laptop/desktop
