Downloading Business Renewal Form/certificate/business information

1. Log in to EzBiz.
2. Click on 'My Business Services'.
3. Select 'Renewal Services'.
4. Click 'Renewal Status/History' - Select 'Approved/Rejected' - Click 'Action' for the relevant application.

5. Click 'Download Form A/Download Certificate'.

6. Click 'Download Business Info' (If a purchase has been made and payment of RM10.00 has been completed).

1. Downloading certificates or business information is only available for 90 days from the date of approval.

Malaysia Businesses & Companies Go.MY Initiative​

Malaysia Businesses & Companies Go.MY is a collaborative initiative between MYNIC Berhad and the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) aimed at facilitating newly registered businesses with SSM to obtain a “.com.my" domain name. This effort plays a role in strengthening the digital presence and online accessibility of local businesses.

The registration under this initiative is limited to one .com.my domain name per registered business and does not include other domain categories such as .my, .biz.my, or .org.my.

Applications can be made through a special link provided in the confirmation email after your business registration through EzBiz portal is successful. Please visit the official MYNIC website.

Fee: RM60.00 yearly

1. The owner or partner must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident and must be at least 18 years old.

2. The business must operate in Peninsular Malaysia and Federal Territory of Labuan.

Registration platform for S1O1P

The application for business registration under S1O1P can be submitted through EzBiz.

Registration of business termination

Applicant should login to EzBiz click 'My Business Services' menu and select 'New Business Termination' under submenu 'Business Termination' to register an application for business termination.

1. Reasons of business termination :
   1. Cessation of business;
   2. Dissolution of partnerships; and
   3. Death.
2. The registration of business termination involving court order shall be made at SSM counter.

Failure to respond to Ezbiz Online query

Failure to respond to query within 90 days from query date will result in the application being auto-rejected on Ezbiz Online portal. Therefore, applicant will need to submit a new application.

Applicant can apply for refund for the auto-rejected application. Refer Guideline for Refund Application.

Note: If application fee has been submitted under Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965, applicant should refer and make an application to Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia .

Changing/updating Ezbiz Online user’s email address

Business owner is required to bring along MyKad and come to the nearest SSM counter to change/update the Ezbiz Online user’s email address. This is to protect the personal data from misuse by irresponsible parties.
