Downloading Business Renewal Form/certificate/business information

1. Log in to EzBiz.
2. Click on 'My Business Services'.
3. Select 'Renewal Services'.
4. Click 'Renewal Status/History' - Select 'Approved/Rejected' - Click 'Action' for the relevant application.

5. Click 'Download Form A/Download Certificate'.

6. Click 'Download Business Info' (If a purchase has been made and payment of RM10.00 has been completed).

Note:

1. Downloading certificates or business information is only available for 90 days from the date of approval.  
2. After the 90-day period has expired, the documents may be purchased through e-Info, MyDATA, SAFEDATA SSM, SSM Search.

Purchase of LLP Statutory Document Image

It is a statutory document approved by the Registrar based on the provision under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012. Example : registration of local LLP, annual declaration, change of particulars, etc.

Applicant should register as MyDATA user to purchase the document.

Fee:

1. Document viewing: RM10.00
2. Document download: 

• Without Certificate True Copy (CTC): RM5.00
• With CTC: RM15.00

Purchase of Certificate of Change of LLP Name

A certificate of the change of LLP name is issued after the application for change of LLP name has been approved.

Applicant should register as MyDATA user to purchase the document.

Fee:

2. Certificate of Change of LLP Name (CTC): RM30.00

Purchase of Certificate of Registration of an LLP

Under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012 (Act 743), a notice of registration to certify the LLP will be issued to the customer after the registration or after conversion from a conventional partnership or company. However, a certificate of registration of an LLP can be purchased if needed.

Applicant should register as MyDATA user to purchase the document.
